Sigh Science kids don't get to have any break, gonna go back to studying tomorrow while the Arts kids ended like last Weds and other JC kids also get to have a break :c But well... in a way there shouldn't be a break lol since the ultimate goal is A's. I'm honestly damn worried...My discipline has been getting bad fml keep using the phone and social media and anime.... I think I should internally kill myself T_T 48 days down to first paper fak Really should pick my shit up and work hard if I wanna have a future man... No point talking so much without any action lol I WILL be productive from tomorrow onwards T^T
Anyways, was reading through my old posts and damn I sound like a kid XD I should improve my writing style lol since I'm thinking of applying to intern at Eatbook.sg but need to finish A's first. Super interested in food and all, kinda really wanna try foodblogging even if it's just on an insignificant Instagram account.
OH and prepared overnight oats again for bfast today in which I added Magnolia Fresh Milk, Skippy Natural Creamy Low Sodium and Sugar peanut butter, honey and a small, diced up NZ apple. Sian I don't like this version of Skippy :c There's no peanut taste at all (or really subtle), I like my peanut butter super peanuty :(( Gonna go back to the the normal Natural Creamy one (and it's lower in calories :<) Ate a bit of granola separately after that :b Studied a bit for Physics before cooking lunch to bring to school. Made omelette with broccoli, sliced carrots and a slice of Laughing Cow Light Sandwich cheese and boiled 1 Japanese hotdog topped with Lingham Sweet Chilli sauce.
Picture looks very good right ♡_♡ I'll be honest to yall: the taste not say very good tbh HAHAHA :b I think 'cause the vegetables are not drained enough so water seeped out then it became watery by the time I ate it in school :x BUT besides the sogginess it's not bad la HAHAH I mean, anything with cheese and instant food (hotdog just boil and add chilli) can't go too wrong right :b hahah #savedbyprocessedfoods Then I washed everything down with Nescafe Original coffee 'cause I think I'll fall asleep.
Okay, while I'm on it, why not shunbian talk about my brother's bday dinner at Pizza Hut a few days back XDD The bday boy requested for Pizza Hut (he got craving for pasta) for dinner, and so, the family fulfilled his wish HAHAH
There was this promotion going on whereby 2 mains can be ordered with the newly-launched 7-cheese pizza and there will be complimentary soda drinks and soup-of-the-day. We were considering that but decided against it. (heng ah if not calorie overload man haaha #butcheesetho)
We eventually settled on: Turkey and Bacon Aglio Olio (dad), Turkey and Bacon Carbonara (wei), Curry Chicken Pie and Mash (mummy and I) and a 9-inch BBQ Chicken thin crust.

Lemme say this: the chicken was da bomb ♡v♡ It was super tender!!! The pie was flaky and buttery, dipping it in curry reminded me a lot of roti prata HAAHHA (not a bad thing). The curry was of a good consistency but I find it to be too mild in terms of heat. I would like my curry to be more spicy please. The thing that ruined the dish for me was the absolutely bland mash potatoes. Especially after I tried Swensen's super buttery and creamy mash, this was terrible. Okay, maybe it's bland so that it can be accompanied with the curry? Idk man but it made the already-not-spicy-enough curry even more not spicy T_T Mummy finished half of my share of the mash.
Also, that was my virgin try at thin crusts and I must say that I prefer it much better over the original thicker crust. My only gripe was that I should have left some curry to dip the crust in haha. Our total damage that night was around $63 for a family of 4; around $15.70 per pax. Standard western meal price?
Of course, a cake can't be left out to end off a bday right! (didn't take a pic of the cake tho soz) We walked from Bengawan Solo to Swee Heng to Four Leaves to Prima Deli and back to Swee Heng (XD) where Wei decided on a dark chocolate cake (can't remember the exact name haha) Sorry to say this but I didn't like the cake :/ The cake itself was a bit too dry although the dark chocolate was kinda nice. Preferred the chocolate truffle cake we bought from Polar for Gonggong's bday the other time omg the cake was so moist and rich with chocolate, it was heavenly ♡_♡
So, yep!! End of my post, and shoutout to Soph XD hahaha
